  Simon Dudhill
Club Chairman


Elected AGM 2007.  Has been carving for 10 years, although he is a Builder by trade.
Born in Leicester in 1959, he is now living in Peterborough and his main hobbies include amateur football and reading.
 
       
  Eddie Talbot
Club Treasurer


A Company Accountant from London, now retired and living in Apethorpe.
Has been carving for the last twenty years or more, with Glyn since he started classes.
Has been the Treasurer since 2004.
His favourite words are "Funds are rising!"
 
       
  Tony Smith
Club Secretary


Has been a carver for approximately 6 years and combines this with woodturning, genealogy and photography as hobbies.
Born in London. After National Service, worked as a Draughtsman until the 70's then worked in the Scrap and Vehicle Recycling industry until retirement.
Moved to Northamptonshire in 1983 and now lives in Thrapston.
 
       
  Glyn Mould
Committee Member and Professional Carver

Began carving at age 13, starting his own business at 18 years old
His work includes making Village Signs, Restoration carving, fine Letter carving and
Carved Relief Pictures.
He has been teaching since 1984 and has been the Tutor of RFC members since the Club was started.
 
       
  Graham Biggs
Committee Member & BWA Representative


 Was the Chairman since the Club was formed until 2007, when he decided to step down.
After many years of furniture making for family and friends, for the house and garden, started carving in 1990 with Glyn at his Woodnewton Workshop. Has since exhibited at the BWA and gained a "Commended" Award, and was accepted by the Rutland Open Arts show in 2005.
Interests now are mostly modern, abstract, and a modern twist on old images.
Also enjoys oil painting and drawing, and has tried stone sculpting, iron smithing and cold casting.
Current projects are a "Dog poised to run", a Trophy, and a wall carving in the style of Ben Nicholson.
